The person’s states must only occupy the flat.
The management must be informed of any additional visitors.
The management reserve the right to cancel accommodation at any time, in there opinion, the behavior of a visitor is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is thereby inhibited.
Comfort and cleanliness are most important and we ask visitors to assist us by keeping there apartment clean and tidy and avoiding undue noise which might disturb others.
In the event of cancellation booking fees are not returned.

The New Sandygate does not accept liability for any damage or loss of any personal property / money.
A security deposit may be required and ill be returned in full upon departure.
Any damage to the apartment or items belonging to The New Sandygate must be paid for.
Apartments are booked on the acceptance of deposit, balance to be paid in cash on arrival.
